Outdoors is free. In a studio, approved collaborations contribute TT$125.00 to TT$200.00, which is half the studio hire price, and that is the whole amount.

A business can be exactly the right collaborator. A concept shot in a real place, or with a real product, makes better work than the same idea staged, and you keep images you are free to use. The test does not change: it is a collaboration when the studio wants to make the work, and a paid shoot when you need something delivered.
What it is for

Work with a brief, a deadline or a campaign already booked is a commercial shoot rather than a collaboration. Book that instead, and it will be done to your schedule.
What TRP isnot for
The test is simple. If you would receive the primary benefit and you want to direct the shoot, that is a paid session, and there is nothing wrong with saying so. Every one of these is better served by booking properly.

How itworks
- Apply. It takes about a minute, and nothing is booked or charged by it.
- Your portfolio and concept are reviewed, then approved or declined.
- If approved, one private link: choose your time, sign the agreement, and complete the studio contribution where there is one.
- Confirmed, with the date and everything you need in your inbox.

What you contribute
One amount, agreed beforehand and never added to afterwards. This is the part that makes it a collaboration rather than a favour.
TT$125.00 to TT$200.00
In a studio, half the hire price. The range is there because the studios do not all charge the same, and an evening hour costs more than a morning one. Your exact figure appears the moment you choose your studio and time, worked out from the hour you actually shoot in, and it is shown to you before you sign anything.
Outdoors there is no room to hire, so there is nothing to contribute. An outdoor collaboration is free: no invoice, and no payment step.

How it is paid
- An outdoor collaboration is free. There is nothing to pay and no invoice.
- In a studio, the contribution is the whole amount. There is no deposit before it and no balance after it.
- Paid in full to secure the date.
- Non-refundable for a late cancellation or a no-show.
Nothing is charged by applying, and nothing is asked for before the terms are agreed. An approved collaboration gets a private link: you choose a time, read and sign the agreement, and only then is a studio contribution asked for. Outdoors there is no payment step at all. A studio date is yours once the contribution arrives.
As a guide, roughly one approved collaboration every 3 to 6 months. This is not a fixed rule: where a working relationship is producing good work, we are glad to collaborate more often. A previous approval does not guarantee a future one, and repeated similar applications can be declined.
